Carmine Mercorella holds a Bachelor of Laws from Flinders University with post graduate studies from the University of South Australia. Initially practicing in large and complex corporate and commercial matters, for the past 16 years Carmine has specialised in migration law.

Carmine’s clients span the listed and private, the domestic and international. His areas of expertise include skilled and employer sponsored visas, and client representation before the Migration Review Tribunal and Federal Court of Australia.

Having held company directorships in mineral exploration and property development organisations, Carmine’s commercial expertise is broad. He is a no-nonsense thinker whose pragmatic advice has seen him develop long standing relationships with key clients across a range of industries.

 

Mr. Simon Mander, BA, Grad Dip Ed

Simon Mander holds a degree from the Flinders University of South Australia, with post graduate studies at the University of Adelaide, Deakin University and internationally at Nanjing Normal University, and Yantai University.

Simon has work experience in London, Shanghai and Hong Kong. He has held director’s positions in international trade businesses, and has management experience with multi-million dollar projects and investments.

Simon’s practises almost exclusively in business migration and appeal work, and communicates with Chinese clients in Mandarin Chinese.

Mr. Simon Shen, LLB

Simon holds a Bachelor of Laws, graduating from Shanghai University. He is the founder and Chief Lawyer of Minton Lawyers.

Simon currently serves as the legal counsel for a number of domestic and foreign enterprises including state owned businesses.

 

 

Olivia Lu

Olivia is a graduate of East China University of Political Science and Law. She has worked at Minton Lawyers since 2015. She works closely with Minton Principal Simon Shen, and AMVS Legal director Simon Mander in business migration cases.
